Final Portfolio!

 













This is my final portfolio for FMX210. I am very proud of this final product.

I wanted to show who I am through the colors and I think I accomplished that. I picked earthy tones that express my roots in nature, the woods, and hiking. This part of me is reflected in many of my media projects so I thought it was only fitting to keep that theme here as well. I included pictures of me or where I grew up whenever possible like the covers and the about me page.

I am overall super happy and thankful that I got put into this class at the beginning of the semester because I have learned and grown so much! I came to UT as an undecided major and I declared about halfway through to a design major and I think that this course helped me realized that I do enjoy digital art!

    I love the colors you chose for your portfolio! Although they are bold colors and contrast each other, they go really well with each other also. Your portfolio was very organized and pretty.

 This is my autoscopy project! I am very proud of how this came out. I chose to blend myself into nature because the outdoors has always been my safe place. It is what grounds me when I feel myself slipping. I used masks to delete the excess of each picture to cover one body part or object. Nature has made me who I am today and I realized recently how important it is for me.

Self Portrait/Propaganda Poster Project

 Above are both my self portrait along with the final outcome of my propaganda poster. I spent a lot of time perfecting my original self portrait and I am very proud of how it came out, I think it does look like me. The hardest part about it was doing the eyelashes, to me it makes my portrait look scarier than it was meant to be. I take pride in my propaganda poster as well because I really like how it came out and the message it gives off. I chose "free your mind" to be my propaganda because I hope to provoke creativity out of people with this image. I also like the color choices because they really grab your attention (not to mention that the blue and red heads remind me of 3D glasses).
